Upgrade your bench with REP’s Wide Bench Pad. This pad is about 14” wide, compared with standard pads that are typically 11-12” wide. A wide pad is ideal for larger lifters and people who want more shoulder support, and it can simulate a floor press. Wide Bench Pads are made from thick foam and covered in grippy vinyl to keep you from slipping out of position while benching. Wide pads don’t change the height of your bench, just the width.

if you bench press, don't even think about getting the normal narrow pad. This pad is a must have if you want to save your shoulders. I could not properly keep my shoulders blade under me until I got the wide pad. this one my most important upgrade for a bench I thought was already the best.
