48" Solid Lat Bar

While the bar is best known for lat pulldowns, it’s also incredibly versatile, depending on how you attach it to the cables and use it. You can also use it for rows, triceps pushdowns, biceps curls, cable skull crushers, and many other upper body movements. The Solid Lat Bar is 26mm in diameter. It does not come with a carabiner.
